FARNLEY RIDE – OPEN FOR YEARLY MEMBERSHIP

Farnley Ride – 26th May – Rearranged Date

**REARRANGED DATE 26th MAY**

Our first Farnley Ride of the year will now be taking place on 26th May 2012.

Farnley Estates are offering the opportunity to ride around the beautiful and varied countryside of Farnley Tyas.
OFF ROAD riding across approx. 600 acres of Estate land.
Suitable for all levels of experience.

The ride will include various types of woodland, parkland and arable land, with a variety of optional jumps situated around the ride. The route is clearly signed. The length of the ride is approximately 7 miles.

STARTING VENUE:
Field Lane, Farnley Tyas, Huddersfield, HD4 6UN
(Parking available)

TIMES:
10.00 am – 2.00 pm
(last rider to leave no later than 1.30 pm)

PRICES:
Adults – £15 per person
All Children under 16 – £5.00 per person

Refreshments available!

All parties should note that the Estate take no liability in respect of either rider or horse undertaking the ride. All riders are required, as a minimum, to wear suitable hard hats.

Planning Permission granted unanimously for Beech Farm

On 16th February, all three planning applications were passed unanimously. The Estate is pleased to be extending its work with The Farnley Tyas Community Group. Between us, we have a Planning Action Committee which is meeting quite regularly and has become an effective way to disemminate information and to develop ideas.
